What does this mean???!!!

So got a fortune yesterday, the kind from the cookie.

It said:

God can heal a broken heart, but He has to have all the pieces.

Ok. What does this mean?!?

I instantly felt that this was my correct fortune, but what does it mean?

I felt it was somehow tied to the Cancer full Moon and attendant realizations.

My dog got one that said:

You enjoy doing what others say you can’t

Yes. My dog got a fortune

Does it mean that to heal myself I have to be honest and not hold back anything that I don’t want to see?

Does it mean that you have to die before you are completely whole?

Ideas? Thoughts? Questions?

Love You!

    Hi Omie.
I like your insights into your fortune, especially the second one because I don’t think it ever would have crossed my mind, at least not literally. But maybe a figurative death is akin to the surrender you speak of in the first response-complete honesty/acceptance.

Happy to read your insights into some of the same questions I have, as well as others.

So…as far as I know I was born about 1 a.m., September 16, 1970 in Lebanon, Oregon…. I hope that this will be relevant/sufficient information some wintery night when the stars may have something to say about it…also please let me know if u would consider an artwork for consultation trade…..

      Hi Django,

Thanks for writing! I love it when people comment on my posts. It gets so quiet over here!
I do occasionally take trades for half the value of the consult. I love the way seeming random things can jog or precipitate realizations.
It is such a time for that lately, between Mars in Virgo and Neptune finishing up in Aqua..

….Or maybe every shred must die: a complete annihilation of our “self” before true healing begins…?

Or maybe it means you have to know what is broken, carefully search for & gather every little sliver & shard, before you can put the pieces back together.
