Is your mind blown?
Did it pop like a seed head, scattering your potential to whatever wind will carry it?
Are you able, even now, to plant yourself?
Can you grow?
As of the first of December, I think I can.
A vision is beginning to crystallize.
In our Saturn in Sagittarius world,
what’s clear is that you need your own vision.
My processors have been somewhat stymied by the simulaneous promise of American Civil War, and World War 3. Really? I keep blinking as though it would be possible to clear my head.
We have hit that widening gyre, finally, that everyone loves to talk about.
thanks Yeats for thinking ahead!
Astrology promised a decade that would marry themes from the 1960’s and the founding of the USA, and we are in it. As the cool kids say, the future is now!
To gaze through altered lenses, use both telescope and microscope.
You know, I had to look in depth at the post-Saturn in Scorpio world, in order to find something to like about it! Which is odd, because it is easier! It is personally emotionally much easier to live now.
That’s the change from Scorpio to Sagittarius, the structure of the conflict has moved from internal to external. The sense of life and death is no longer a frantic clawing in the cold, but rather a perspective of natural cycles, accidents, war, disease, people live and people die, that’s what we know of temporal life. The secretive quality, the interiority of Scorpio, our aloneness has given way to a public struggle and debate Sagittarius style.
As the last 3 years in our personal lives recede, we begin to see the world wide (Sagittarian) ramifications inherent in Uranus in Aries square Pluto in Capricorn, especially now as activated by Mars.
There is no question that for many of us, our baseline will to live, our will to fight our right to exist has already been established by Saturn in Scorpio, we may yet need to use that grit, but the foundation is there.
Our life choices have been made, and accordingly, our reality has evolved.
Nevertheless, mentally, the shell shock is tremendous; a bombed out field is better than a war zone, but how close is it really to a fertile garden?
The lines that were drawn over the last three years persist.
The world we begin to build now walks away from those ashes.
If our interior state can be described as a bombed out field,
what to make of the continual shots fired, the bombs actually falling?!
With Saturn in Sagittarius, Our age brings us our freedom.
Our freedom brings us our wisdom, and our wisdom brings us our solidarity.
Justice is a Jupiter and a Sagittarius topic.
Actions continue. NOW there is be results.
As long as Jupiter is in Virgo, look down at the the cracks and creases, the small openings to large worlds. The further in you go, the bigger it gets
It’s a serious story we enter at this time,
one of heroism, and a nearly forgotten notion, togetherness.
You can make friends that last a lifetime, not based on cliques or fashion, instead a commonality of ethics, shared morality.
Neptune & Chiron in Pisces invite you to embrace your situation as it is, rich with complications. Wide open hands that gather and allow for things to slip away. To love your life as it changes, to not be afraid of walking away from the old dialog, the familiar story. To dissolve a habit, we replace it, or perhaps forget that it exists.
Is there a shadow side?
History circles back on the unaware.
But this dissolution I recommend is something else.
Freedom from decisions already made. Freedom from obsession.
Amnesty with the past.
Simple acceptance of unwashed reality, that dirt looks inviting…
is this a place you might grow?
Look around, who is with you?
Comradeship, sodality, an ever widening circle,
based not on complete like-mindedness but rather on good faith.
Altruism, a concept felt as much as thought.
To succeed, we have to learn something. To learn means you don’t already know.
The inverse is obvious, we are subsumed by intolerance.
We would be foolish to underestimate our enemies,
and worse than that, to let their energetics rule our lives.
Allow the coin to flip, See the entrance, the invitation to wholeness.
This is a hero’s story, we have so much to share.
With Jupiter (ruler of Sag.) in Virgo, it’s the common human elements.
Not only service, but the elevation of service. Not only humble, but the beauty of humble.
Do you have a vision for yourself?
Can you can begin to move again, to align?
Allow that it might be possible.
That your life might grow up though the crack.
Not only a blossom, a community garden.
Faith comes into play.
Are we distractible? Of course!!!
WE HAVE TO BE!! Only way to survive!!
Circle your vision as a butterfly does a flower,
sympathetic, attentive, returning again and again.
Meanwhile Diwali, Ḥanukah, Christmas, whatever the holiday season means to you, dark days and the impulse to make them brighter. To succeed. To love. To give pleasure to others, to shine on, through the fog, through the mists of the ordinary, our regulated days.
Keep saying yes where you want to say yes. Yes to your growth, to your heroism, to your journey.
Something that emerges so deeply from all of this is a well of gratitude.
I am so grateful.
Can you tune in to that in your own lives,
a vast ocean of thanks?
The more aware I become, the more I wonder how not to say it, but to be it.
I am grateful to you, dear readers, for listening, for sharing your lives with me.
I have been overwhelmed with thankfulness for both the heroes and the villains in my dramas. Without that light and darkness, without the shadow play of those fires, I would never be able to see!
As I become more permeable (neptune) to cruelty, I feel this deep gratitude for those who handle others gently and with kindness. Just thinking of the loving kindness of others makes me teary, right now! Kindness, is this immeasurable gift, so often unrecognized, and invariably it blossoms over time.
