Progressions + Libra & Aquarius: Faulkner & Cat Power

My progressed Moon is in Pisces.

Overall it suits me, but
I notice a difference, my invisibility cloak is getting wider,
I cut a swath through situations almost impossible to see.

Do you follow your Natal Chart Progressions?
The Moon is one of the fastest, at 2 and a half years per sign.

After all, Progressions are slow.

Your Progressed Sun will change only a few times per lifetime,
& that is if you live long!

Those changes for your Progressed Sun, will be huge though,
with a finality that is overwhelming.
Like moving from the Coast, to the Mountains, FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!
well, 30 years anyway, which at some point becomes the rest of your life.

Lunar Progressions are gentler affairs.
But, they and their aspects will mark a change in your taste, and in your habits.
I swear, the last time my Moon progressed to Capricorn,
I bought the only navy blue dress I’ve ever owned!

It’s worth keeping track of your progressed chart
and the aspects it makes to your natal chart.
In this houses matter as well, just the way they normally do.
Progressions that hit your natal planets are excellent for timing major events,
even more than transits, which can easily have a brief internal rather than external expression:

{Transiting Mars tags Uranus, accident, temper tantrum, meet a new man, someone completely out of left field? Suddenly, reshape your relationship with your ex, (but only in your mind,) The transit itself will last merely for days, one or two, maybe four…}

When Mars tags your Uranus by progression,
it’s going to mark many many months of Mars/Uranus themes.
You will have time to use these, and over that time, you may reshape your life,
in a agro-urainian direction! 🙂
Looking close at the aspects the conjunction makes in your chart,
it’s easy enough to see where progressions reflect your development,
and hi-light major change… plus once you factor in the transits to your progressions:
What a picture!!!

If you are curious, give me a shout, we’ll talk it over.

One more song, by Ultra Aquarian Cat Power
Her Sun conjuncts North Node in Aqua.
Her Mercury is in Pisces.
Aries Moon in a Mars Chiron sandwich
Crab ASC.

Here Chan sings one of my all time fav Otis cuts.

Today is much like yesterday, BE CAREFUL.Retro Venus inching closer to Pluto, the past, and the business of the past is not so far behind us. As Faulkner would say, The past is never dead. It’s not even past.

More elaborately ~Time is a fluid condition which has no existence except in the momentary avatars of individual people. There is no such thing as was — only is. If was existed, there would be no grief or sorrow.~ W.F.

Faulkner was a Sun/Mars in Libra, Venus in Leo: An artist is born.
North Node in Aquarius, def a literature revolutionary.
With the ruling planets of his north node Uranus and Saturn conjunct at 26 Scorpio!
(We are nearly there!Happy saturn return William!) It’s a rather darkly themed revolution.
Racial politics, insanity, incest, he went there.
Faulkner also sought to make the world more fair a la Libra:
“He donated part of his Nobel money “to establish a fund to support and encourage new fiction writers”, eventually resulting in the PEN/Faulkner Award for Fiction, and donated another part to a local Oxford bank, establishing a scholarship fund to help educate African-American teachers at Rust College in nearby Holly Springs, Mississippi.” so sez wiki

Faulkner’s Mercury is surround by the Moon and Jupiter all in Virgo:
Help others, and Write the details.
Neptune in Gemini in the 12th Squaring the lot,
describes just how he did write them!

Crab ASC, Pisces on the Midheaven.
True to Crab formation, he created a fictional world to set his novels in,
quite like his actual world of Mississippi, and,
being invited to the White House for dinner, declined.
Faulkner was later quoted in the Paris Review
~Why that’s a hundred miles away. That’s a long way to go just to eat.~

Small wonder his work is so watery!
Faulkner’s first love, and first style of writing was naturally poetry.
~I’m a failed poet. Maybe every novelist wants to write poetry first, finds he can’t, and then tries the short story, which is the most demanding form after poetry. And, failing at that, only then does he take up novel writing.~

~So vast, so limitless in capacity is man’s imagination to disperse and burn away the rubble-dross of fact and probability, leaving only truth and dream.~ W.F.

Love YOU
